Blue Fusion’s Primary business in developing and selling licensed software and providing limited services supporting that software, like customer support and training.  Our Software Product is delivered electronically by downloading from a secure FTP site.  Customer Support is typically delivered trough our portal (www.zohosupport.com/bluefusion) via email (support@bluefusion.com) or through the telephone (919-436-4172).Most of our training is delivered virtually. 

Our software is designate as export restricted by the US Department of Commerce through Export Administration Regulations (EAR99).

All sales are final. There are no returns or cancellations. There is no shipping charge for any items we deliver electronically.
